Welcome to the vore chatrooms. Chances are you're a bit curious as to how all of this works and what rules there are to follow.  If you are new to this place and / or new to roleplay,  Check out this custom made Vore Roleplay Advice and Guidelines, highly recommended for everyone, new or experienced! Make sure you do read through the rule and the chatrooms descriptions, cause we will test you later! And if you haven't done so, do check out the Site FAQ first!

Keep in mind that all of the chat room as well as the main site of http://aryion.com/ are for users of 18+ years of age only. If you are underage or highly offended by material of an adult nature, close out all windows and exit immediately.

CONNECTION TIPS: We recommends Firefox or Internet explorer. When logging into the chat, try the "Continuous" option under "Chat Type" at the login screen first. If you are having trouble with continuous with lag, or doesn't update. You should try another browser. If trying both Firefox and IE under continuous does not work. You can alwasy try use "js-steam emulator" chat type.  Keep in mind js-stream are Internet explorer only. If that still does not work, take a look at the Chat FAQ below for more instruction.

Switch to "Classic Refresh" as a last resorts. You will lose a lot of function plus a long reload time between messages, but that chat mode should works with all type of connections.

Rules (subject to modification at any time)

1. Be polite to other users. Users whom repeatedly disrespect the preferences of other users, and/or harass users through OOC or IC means despite two or more warnings to stop, will be banned.
2. If indeed you are upset at another user for something do not under any circumstances broadcast this publicly to the rest of the room. Take the discussion to private message. Failure to do so will result in a warning; further infraction may result in a ban.
3. We're all here to have fun, but being derogatory or otherwise insensitive to minorities IC or OOC is strictly forbidden. We're proud of the diversity our chat brings and would not have it demeaned. The same goes for any player-to-player insults.
4. If someone does not want to play something, do not force them into the scene, ask them first if it is alright. If they so no, move on. Don't linger and harass the user for their personal preference. Reports of harassment of this type will be dealt with according to the severity of the situation and number of occurrences.
5. Obey the moderators at all times. If they tell you to stop, do not continue for a few posts and then apologize. That doesn't make it alright. Just stop. Do not argue with the moderators. Any moderator feeling harassed over a decision has the right to issue a temporary ban on the user to allow them time to cool down. If you do have issues with a decision made, please feel free to send a PUB message to Leshana or send a feedback e-mail
6. Use the room you're in according to the guidelines provided. Incorrect usage of a room or room disruption may be regarded as spamming, and you could be censured for this infraction.

About the Rooms

We highly encourage people to roleplay in the IC roleplaying room. You can start roleplay in the OOC room, but please do consider moving them into the IC room whenever we ask you. We know people enjoy the freedoms of the OOC/IC but you may be asked to move discussion or roleplay to one of the other rooms!

We prefer to keep roleplaying public, but alternatively you may use the Motel for Private Roleplaying or you can roleplay in whispers.

Looking for a moderator? All Moderator names are in Italics on the userlist to the right of the screen.

Specific Rules and Settings for the Rooms:

• The Theatre (IC) room is an IC (In character) vore roleplay room.
  • Default Setting: Nexus park between an unnamed town and a deep forest with a swamp near by. Who owns the park is currently unknown. Roleplay can take place in any part of the park, town, forest, swamp, and the lake. Characters are encouraged to use alternate locations as well.
  • Style: IN Character at all times.. Please keep OOC (Out of character) comments in parenthesis and make as few as possible.
  • Interruption of Roleplay: Unless a player's status is set as "Open", do not interrupt any ongoing Roleplay without first asking permission of all the characters involved. Failure to do so is qualification for a warning if the players involved take offense.
  • Allowed Roleplay: No restriction.
• The Park (OOC/IC) room both for more OOC vore discussion or IC vore roleplay, feel free to come in and have fun long as you stays on the topic of "vore".
  • Setting: Nexus Park between an unnamed town and a deep forest with a swamp near by. Who owns the park is currently unknown. Roleplay can take place in any part of the park, town, forest, swamp, and the lake. Characters are encouraged to use alternate locations as well.
  • Style: Out of Character comments allowed as well as full IC.
  • Roleplay Interruption: Anything goes. If you do not wish to be interrupted, please use the IC room.
  • Allowed roleplay: Light roleplay. We reserves the right to moves any roleplay to the IC room. Which might happens especially when the room get crowded.
• The Lounge (OOC) room is for OOC vore discussion or off topic conversation. Please moves vore roleplay somewhere else whenever it become distruptive.
  • Setting: The Lounge of a motel in the town
  • Style: Out of Character
  • Allowed roleplay: Light roleplay less than one line. You can start roleplay here, but actively seeking roleplay should be done in the other roleplay rooms. Please move your roleplay when asked. 
• Motel (Private RP) room is for private roleplay between 2 or more people. Do not interrupt an on-going roleplay. No lurking allowed in this room. If you are not actively roleplaying (Posting within 10 minutes), do not stay, or you will be kicked to free the room up for other people. If this room is occupied with roleplay before you start, please roleplay in public or in IM. If there are people sitting here but have not posted in the last ten minutes, please ask them to leave, or inform one of the moderators to remove them.
  • Setting: Determined by the players.
  • Style: IC only. OOC organization please keep in Whisper or in the OOC room.
  • Roleplay Interruption: Before you approach existing roleplay already happening between two or more person, get permission from all parties involved first! Interruption without permission is not allowed.
  • Allowed Roleplay: No restriction.
  • Other Restrictions: No lurking allowed. If you are not currently playing, please move to the OOC room.
• Special Function room: This room is for most thing that the other rooms does not carry. If you want a public group roleplay without reading through lines after lines from other people, or If you want to get together for a RPG session with heavy use of dice. This will be your place. This place is considered Fully In character by default. Out of character conversation should be made in the OOC room.
  • Setting: Determined by the players.
  • Availablity: Use this forum thread to schedule any roleplay meeting! If it is not booked, it will be first come first serve, like the Motel.
  • Style: IC only. OOC organization please keep in Whisper or in the OOC room.
  • Roleplay Interruption: Before you approach existing roleplay already happening between two or more person, get permission from all parties involved first! Interruption without permission is not allowed.
  • Allowed Roleplay: No restriction.
  • Other Restrictions: No lurking allowed. If you are not currently playing, please move to the OOC room.

Chat Features

In order to speak in the chatrooms you must register your character first. The chat is not connected to the main portal/forum login. To register, click on the 'register' link once entered the room. After you register, just log out and back in again and the chat box will appear.

• Information - This section you are viewing right now
• Character - Here you will find information about a character. Fill in the name or use a wildcard * , for example:. 'in*', it shows all character that start with 'in', p.e. inge, ingrid, ingeborg etc. If you want a full list of every character arranged by date of their creation. Just type in * and press enter.
• Description - Click on it to register a name and customizes your profiles and avatar...
• Forum for events, questions (Technical or not) or group communication, please use our forum here!
• For dual chat windows so you can login to both IC and OOC at once (Using different character name. You can follow this link here!
• Log, please use this chat log viewer to see the conversation happened in our chat!
• Private Log, Click to view the private log for the character you login as.
• Click on the name on the user list at the right to send private message to that user.
• Click on the "?" or the character icon on the user list to see their character profile.
• Click on Show photos at the top of the user list to user's icon in the user list.
• Click on "ign" beside the user name will put that user on ignore. Click "vis" again to see new messages from them.
• Type the first letter of a name and press the Tab key on your keyboard will trigger auto name completion.
• Click on the arrow (⇒ or ► depends on browser setting) in front of the user name will put that user on highlight, where a sound will play when that person make a message. Click the arrow again to cancel highlighting the user's message.

You can also change the current status to any of the following:

	Away
	Looking for Roleplay
	Do not Disturb
	Roleplaying as Predator
	Roleplaying as Prey
	Out of character
	In character
	Open for approach

If you register and login, you will get the edit my description feature, there you can fill in your character information. You can make this information visible by clicking on 'info' behind the name of the character in the right column. If after registration you do not see the Edit my description link, try refreshing your browser window.

Profile limitation:

• All images, movie, music, or material must have full permission or have no copyright violation
• Auto playing sound or music are not allowed
• Any limitation for interactive services from our Term of Service also apply.

You can also use the following commands:

• "/me" at the beginning of the input box will turn that message into an action. ie: "/me picks up a rock". Becomes "Leshana picks up a rock."
• " : " does the same thing. "/me's" and ":'s" works as well for adding 's behind your name in the action post.
• "//" at the beginning of the room will automatically turn the message into an Out of character expression by adding "bubbles around the message. i.e.: "//Hi Everyone!" becomes "(( Hi Everyone! ))"
• "!#d#" is the comment for dice rolling. For example, !3d6 would be to roll three six sided dices. It can be any where in the message. Each message, however, can only have one dice command. Dice are limited to at most 9 at a time, and at most 100 sides. There is no +/- modifier support at the moment. This command only work in Special function room.
• Entering a url like "http://aryion.com" will show as a clickable link.
• Enter <i>blah</i> for italics, <b>blab</b> for bold, and <u>blah</u> for underline in your message.
• Enter /look Username will open up a new window to show you that person's profile
• Entering [[Username]] in your profile will automatically create a link to that person's profile. For example [[Leshana]] will make a link looking like Leshana.
• To make a link to any profile use the following URL: http://rp.aryion.com/fullinfo.php?nick=Leshana. Just replace Leshana with the character you wish to link to.
• Typing /ignore Username will ignore that person. Type /unignore username will remove the ignore on that nickname.
• Type the first one or more letters of a name currently login to the same room and then press the Tab key will automatically complete the name, if there are more then one name matching the letter(s) entered, press tab again will rotate to the next one.

Other options:

• "Clear whisper target after message sent?" at the bottom of the "Description" window so to select whether name should stays after you whisper someone so you don't have to click the name again.

PUB stands for Personal User Board. After you have registered, you will see all the personal messages sent to you on the lower right corner. Showing you how much new message you have and option to send new message to any user. There are animated icon to show user when they have new message.

Common chat issue (Chat FAQ):

Q: My profile image is not updating after I upload a new one!

A: Try clear cache or use Ctrl-F5 to refresh the profile.

Q: How do I make new character?

A: Exactly how you make the first one.

Q: Help! I can't speak! There are no chat box!

A: That means you shouldn't skims through the page you are currently reading. 

Q: Continuous mode is not working! 

A: It could have something to do with Anti-virus. Especially Avast!. Adding rp.aryion.com to trusted site might help this issue.

For Avast!: Inside On-Access control, found when right clicking the icon in the toolbar, make sure "More Detail" is selected so you can see your installed providers individually, then select Web Shield, and go to Customize on the right. After that access the Exceptions tab, and add rp.aryion.com so it will no longer scan this site.
