The movie is the title of the clip. Basically, it's about a bunch of female ninjas who are supposed to kill off all of the shogun's former mistresses before they can be used to cause a scandal. Oh, and the technique Shima (that's that characters name) used is called fatal ninjutsu return to the womb.
