First off, thank you all for those that responded with Pixel Artists for my friend to look at. He did hire a few that you all brought to my attention
He says it is much appreciated. Now I have another favor to ask. My friend is needing more animators to help out with making the individual character animations
Again, here's the catch. The quality needs to be similar to that of Guilty Gear:

BEFORE YOU HAVE A HEART ATTACK AND FLIP ME OFF, my friend is only needing line work done. The coloring and special effect stuff isn't required at all, just ability to animate the human frame similar to the game Guilty Gear.
Again, this is a paid position as well. so they would be compensated for their work. If you can do this, or know someone who can, please lemme know and I'll get them in contact with the right person. I don't think your friend needs animators, guilty gear looks like it is done with individual pics made to look like animation. The misc artists he has should be able to do it with some reference. I'd recommend daz studio, it is free and you can pose the figures the way you want. great for animation reference.

?? All animations are individual pictures made to look like it's animated, that's how it works?? Unless I'm misunderstanding something here..
Honestly I would recommend your friend to tumblr, the animation and artist community there is strong as hell
