But not auctions or anything like that. I don't feel that's all too fair. But more like I draw one of my characters doing whatever with you guys and sell the poses to people who want it at a set price for everyone that is chearper than my full blown commissions. Or something like that. Trying to think of a fair way to do it that people can enjoy.
I'm open for suggestions though and feedback so please do comment.

I honestly prefer YCHs to Commissions ^.^ I like mixing my characters with others, it's fun!
I suggest you give it a try, and I agree that you should avoid the auction model.
