Those who follow my journal ramblings know already, for the others here's a quick summary:

I moved back to Germany last July after spending roughly two years in Arizona. Everything was fine until in october, my left kidney went on strike. It's been a rough ride because in the beginning, the doctors tried to tell me it's not my kidney and after my third time in an ER (within a week), they finally figured out that I was, in fact, having trouble with my kidney. It turned out it wasn't too bad, something clogged up, they put a stent in and considered it done. After six weeks they removed the stent... and two days later I was back in hospital.

To make a short story long, what followed were a lot of smaller surgeries, mainly replacing stents every 4 to 6 weeks. In February, one of the surgeries resulted in an infection that, to this day, couldn't be stopped, despite the doctors pumping me full with antibiotics. To top that, my right...

Thanks everyone for all the get well wishes and thoughts. I got the date for the surgery today, July 1st I'll go to hospital, a day later surgery is going to happen. I hope they don't keep me too long and that I get to celebrate my birthday on the 7th at home.

Many many apologies to the people still waiting on their commissions. Working on it as much as I can. I'll come up with something to make up for the long wait.

News:
Health's getting worse. More medication to take. I can barely look at a monitor because the painkillers mess with my sight so much. Even with my glasses the world seems so blurry. I'm currently waiting for a big surgery... well, bigger than the countless small ones I already had. They'll be taking me to one of the huge hospitals in the next bigger city for that one, I just don't know when so far.

News:
Getting there. Health issues blow. So supposedly they now found out my kidneys don't filter right, which... just sounds bad. I have further information than that, and let me tell you, I'm really scared of what might be wrong.

My two cents on how to use other people's works:

Now everyone, I'm not attacking anyone personally here, I'm just voicing an opinion here. If you feel butthurt about what I am saying, that's your own opinion and you have a right to it, but don't try get in my face with it. Again, this is just how -I- feel about it and nothing more.

First of I'd like to say, there's no such thing as "can't draw" or "can't write" (I know I'm guilty of claiming the later for myself). Everyone can. What people call talent is just something that makes the act of creating artwork or poetry easier for some folks. But -everyone- can draw or write, just like everyone can ride a bike. It's just about learning it and...

A little delay on the commissions here. I caught a really nasty cold which slows me down some, I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Where's my art:
Because people won't stop asking.

Over the years, I supplied the community with art. Always had fun drawing and having fans is a lovely side effect of posting art. However, I took a lot of abuse from the community as well. And in most cases, I just swallowed it (no pun intended). But in the last months it's reached a level where I am just no longer willing to just take it, simply because people were getting downright rude.
I'm used to people complain that there's never enough of this or that and them trying to somehow get to to draw what they want to see for free. But spamming my mail, my online galleries and my messengers, calling me names for drawing what I like draw or just telling me my work is crap simply because I draw things that might not go along with someone's vore preferences...
