It has been a couple days since I have last posted. Got some bad news last night. I am living on a military post with some friends, watching their kids in exchange for pay and rent. The regulations here however say that the family in the military house can only have the soldier, the spouse and the kids, no one else may live here. But we are anyway. Unfortunately some asshole reported us and now we have just this week to get the fuck out, or the soldier here will be demoted, given an article 15, and banned from on post housing forever. None of us want that, they are family to me. Thankfully I do have somewhere to go so that is what I am going to do. As soon as I can get my truck running. Its only about $30usd in parts, but right now i have less than 1$ to my name. Hopefully someone is...

Alright, I haven't wrote in a while been busy with things. I tried to get to the local VA office yesterday and they told me they can't help me and I would have to go somewhere else. Great. They gave me a number to call so I did and they told me I have to drive an hour away to get registered. Problem is my leg is hurting pretty bad since my last time on duty, and I have a physical test (PT test) on Saturday. It hurts to walk on this leg let alone run. But the VA won't help me soon enough. My best bet is while on duty try to get out of the test by being honest and saying I can't do it on this leg and I need a doctor to take a look. They just might take me to go see a doctor on the army's dime. That is my hope at least. We shall see Saturday. I would go the hour but my own car isn't running...

Ok that was infuriating. Went to play some Warhammer like I said in my last post and an old friend was there. Haven't seen him in a while hes been on the road a bunch. He has a new army to play, the Imperial Custodies, they are a fairly new army released by Games Workshop, the company that sells the game. Sounded cool game started fine but quickly turned sour. As the game went on, we discovered his army was more and more and more overpowered. I won't give any stats most of you won't know what they mean if you haven't played the game. But basically, one of my most powerful units was taken out easily by one of his most basic units. And they cost him less to put ont he table, his most basic unit was easily far more powerful than my most expensive and powerful unit. It was bullshit, I have...

Well this isn't going to be a big one today. My buddy and I are preparing for a day of miniature table top gaming, primarily Warhammer 40,000. He just got a new squad of Death Korps of Kreig in, and just finished them making his army legal for play as of 7th Edition. For those that don't know, a legal army requires one Headquarters unit, to command the army, and two troop units, basic infantry. You are allowed another 4 more infantry units, 3 elites, 3 Fast Attack, 3 heavy supports, 1 Lord of War, and i believe 3 fortifications. Previously he had Infantry (troop) Grenadiers (Elites) Command team (HQ) and a Baneblade (Lord of War) and he just got a second infantry squad making 2 troop options. Meanwhile my own army has been playable for a few years now, and is rather large, Imperial Space...

Thank God its Friday. Not a whole lot going on today just watching a two year old. Waiting for the mother to come home, and really needing a nap I can't take cause the 2 year old is awake and about. Not a whole lot to say today to be honest other than Im dead tired. Its only going to get worse though round three when he two older get home and I have to watch them too. One of them loves to backtalk and argue, no matter what i do to discourage it. Oh well... wee ya peeps latter.

So my buddy I live with is shipping out this morning and I can't sleep. Lots of things turning in my head tonight. Processing some new information that I got that is honestly troubling me. When I deployed to Afghanistan in 2013 I was shelled twice, the day I got to the FOB, and the day I left and the new unit cycled in. No one was hit the shells hit empty ground, but it was the most terrifying thing I have ever lived through. Im not gonna lie guys, I crapped my pants. Anyway the rest of the deployment was mostly uneventful. I thought I made it home without any problems. Now, I am presently sharing a room with a close friend of mine. First time I have shared a room with someone in years. Well seems hes noted things about me one can't really find out about themselves while they are asleep....

I have left blogs before usually asking a question or so. My questions are always unanswered, never a comment or anything. Granted I am not well known here. Read this at your own peril, these are just my musings, a place for me to get my thoughts out if you will. A sort of therapy for myself. I don't know if I have ever mentioned it here before but I serve in the Army, the Texas Guard specifically. I can't say more than that in a forum here. But I will have served 8 years this June. I deployed once to Afghanistan in 2013, and I am preparing to go again sometime next year, though i don't know if it will be Afghanistan or elsewhere. Its been another year, and my birthday has rolled around. Yay. Im 26 today.

Seems my mouse and keyboard are both starting to go out on me. It will slow down my already slow writing pace until I can replace them.
