I found that gem on Youtube. It Is from the show "The Troop" on Nickelodeon. I believe that clip is from the episode tittled "Pajama game of death" If anyone has the full episode or knows how, or where to watch it, please post.

Yes. Unfortunately (well for me anyway) the main hero Nick and some random supermarket dude gets swallowed by a ranticore and you get to see them flop around the belly for a bit. The female protagonist was about to get eaten but stopped the creature just in time. And the two came out covered in blue gushers like goo. The girl does get blobbed in some episode with the main dude though. Twice as the first time, it switched their personalities and then they needed to reverse it. Also, two more dudes get eaten by giant worms. Although the screen cuts off and they're never heard from again. The Troop's official site has all the monster info so if anyone wants to know what they look like, google it.
