Well, Im an artist who likes to draw vore with muscular male preds. So for the sake of drawing more realistic bellies I Googled images of that hot dog eating Kobayashi, which lead me to some articles of scientists studying the stomachs of competitive eaters.
Some great x-ray pics!

I'm participating in a cheeseburger eating contest for national cheeseburger day. I have to eat a 3 pound burger and a pound of fries. I ate 3 full meals back to back to back last night to prepare.

Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention. Gal Sone is a fantastic real-world example on the spectrum of how lots of us vore-heads (the official term, didn't you know?) imagine female predators.

I'm kind of surprised that eating that much doesn't have a strong negative effect, especially on the woman (just due to mass deference between them). The PH shift in your blood from the alkaline tide has to be insane.

I haven't found any sort of internal analysis of her guts--yet. Molly Schuyler seems to be a currently rising competitive eater, so we might find something in the next few years.

The articles all seemed to agree that the main difference between the normal person and the CE was that the stomach stretched to take up all available space in the abdomen, but digestion (assuming food moving into intestine = digestion) took place at the same normal slow rate. One of them said that the eater would just not eat anything for a few days after the contest. So the absorbption would theoretically not take place at a faster rate.
