Something rather vorish I found while working on old world loremaster achievements. Edit: Obviously meant more for humor I had a long chuckle with both of these.

There is a questline that starts in the blasted lands that eventually leads you to Azshara to collect stone giant poop in the form of Azsharite. Well oddly enough while collecting I found a crystal that was in the shape of a human and it even had a note on it.

The crystallized note reads the following.

Spoiler: show
To Whom It May Concern
If you are reading this note, then you are in one of two places.

(1) On the southern peninsula of Azshara.

(2) Inside the belly of a Cliff Giant.
Both equally undesirable.

It should be noted that I was the former at one time and as of the writing of this letter, the latter.

Being inside the belly of a giant gives one time for reflection.

As my body crystallizes, I have come to the conclusion that perhaps there are enough heroes in this world. Should I somehow make it out of this predicament I am going to ring that orc's ghostly neck.

-Windan Shay

edit found another this one with different text.

Spoiler: show
What was I thinking?

Perhaps a better question would be: What am I doing writing a note while I'm sitting captive inside the stomach of a giant?

Both good questions that I have no immediate answer for...

Admittedly, mine was not a mission of good will. I came in search of Azsharite, a unique crystal to southern Azshara. Oh the riches I would have had!

Bah! Now look at me...

Should any manner of intelligent life find this note, they must ask themselves something: "Why in the hell are they romping around with violent thirty foot tall giants?"

There's a lot of vorish stuff through the whole game.

There's minor things like a felhound which swallowed a key and you have to feed it Hellboar meat and then inspect the droppings to find said key. If you kill the worms that roam all about Hellfire Penninsula, you might find an "Eroded Leather Case" with a yellow description in the tooltip that reads: "This case seems to have spent some time in the digestive system of a large worm."
Right clicking the item to start the quest it provides starts you off with "Upon examining the battered leather case, it becomes apparent that the container's damage must've been caused by the caustic fluid of the worm's digestive tract".

In Dun Morogh you get a quest to find a missing dwarf and you find out he got eaten by a bear. Gnoll throughout the game will make remarks about "More Bones to gnaw!" when they attack you and one of the final quests in the Death Knight starting area involves a huge wyrm you ride, which can replenish it's health by eating Crusaders.
In the invornment there's many occasions of vorish sitations as well if you look close. Stop near Sindragosa's Fall and watch the reanimators: They manage to awaken and undead wyrm every now and then. It first flies up high, then swoops down, grabs a cultist to chew on him on a bit before taking off again with the guy still in it's jaws.

If you buy the Elwynn Lamb pet, there's an idle animation where it's being eaten by a wolf which pounces it out of the blue.

During the Alliance version of Battle for the Undercity, Putress calls a Blightworm to attack you in the sewers. It will randomly grab players in its mouth and 'digest' them for several moments before spitting them out (it can't kill you with the digestion due to the healing from the NPCs).

God, I hated that fight. I spent the entire time in that thing's mouth while Wrynn and Jaina slowly killed it. I could only get an Icy Touch or Death Coil in inbetween the nomming sessions.

Not only that, but it can one-shot a player (even with the NPC auras) with normal melee. So if you're standing next to the spawn point as it comes up and Human-Asshole-King doesn't pick it up fast enough, you can die on the omgyou'reoverpowered quest.

To avoid this statement about Varian becoming flaming, let me jut say that if you watch the trailer for Ulduar you will agree that him and Garrosh have... quite a tendency towards animosity. Don't know what I'm talking about? Youtube "Ulduar trailer" and watch their attitudes show.

Enough with my flame dousing, back to the discussion. I dunno, but I'm pretty sure you dig through crap several times during the game, awkward really...

There is one quest in Grizzly Hills for alliance where you eat some seeds right inside the inn, and you find out they're special and you have to get them out NOW! So you get some items, and use an outhouse. The outhouse shakes and smokes and everything while your in there. I got a good larf.

You also make Gruul's combat sounds while ...doing the deed.
