mostly never...I'm just sick and tired of people not using their brains and actually doing a little things like checking how long it's been since a topic has had any messages

if there hasn't been anything for two years....the topic is classed as dead and closed....and unless the creator of the topic has something to update the topic with.....why bother bringing it back from the dead and adding nothing at all
