You have an awesome collection, i'd like to help if i could! That Curious George one was awesome but i've only seen it once. The only place i could find it was on Amazon instant watch where you have to pay to view it. I hope you do find it though!

I had seen a clip years ago of a scene from the show Norman Normal (a German cartoon) where Norman's family shrink down and go into his mouth and get swallowed. I don't know the exact name, it was something like the shrinking machine, it was in German.

Another show that had an awesome scene was Nightmare Ned that featured Ned having a nightmare where he was inside his own mouth and at the end got swallowed. I believe the episode was #24 The Dentist

Just remembered another one - a recent episode from Fairly Oddparents showed Timmy swallowing Poof after he shrank down and went swimming in Timmy's cereal. The episode was called He Poofs, He scores! But i can't find any clips of that one either.
