Seriously though, you make SOOOOO many topics about "If ____ could _____ who would you _____?" I've been fine ignoring them, but this one is a bit much. No need to encourage potentially unwelcome advances like that, that's what the abundant amounts of RP is for.

Yeah, I have to agree on this. There are a few exceptions where this wouldn't be potentially creepy. Like as an opportunity for folks who's significant others are also on the forum and folks who are already frequent UB rpers with one another for flirting.

But for the most part, the "who would you want to do X with" topic is okay when we're talking fictional characters.

It blurs a bit into the potentially creepy zone when discussing real people, but we generally don't worry too much about it if they are real people who aren't present here, celebrities, or already putting their images out there for people to fantasize about (porn actors, etc.) It's not too much different at that point from a group of friends discussing who they have crushes on at a party.

When the focus of it is people who frequent the same place, I think it goes too far into the zone of inviting people to make indirect advances toward others who don't necessarily want them. We aren't all super close friends here. It isn't like an intimate truth or dare in a fantasy story, trying to get one another to admit our secret crushes on one another. It's more like being called out at work or in front of class about it. Some people might be comfortable with that, others might not. But if you have people who are not comfortable about it being put out there on other people's lists... It's like if you were making one of those "your character here" auction drawings. But letting people put up other people's characters. Not a good idea.

As far as people's OCs, or people's characters and which ones I find hot, there are a few. But even that, I don't know if it's a good idea to make a public "who'd be your favorite prey" thread on. I really just don't like the idea of this, unless you make it so people have to opt in. And at that point, you're basically making it an rp-hook-up thread.

Your posts asking about fictional characters are fine. Although, the mods have consolidated your threads a few times, so you really should learn from that and just make one thread and edit the topic. But this is exactly the same as when you asked people if they would be unbirthed by Eka herself. It was downright creepy and so is this.
