Superfun game! Thanks!

Modding is something I honestly have no clue about.

Any chance you'd simply release the source?

I like this game. Wish it had a pred option, but eh, creators whim. It's still an awesome start.

Any updates on this at all? I'm really eager to see a source of this released for us coders and modders to play with :D

Anyone who's every waited for a porn game to develop knows that it simply takes time. Also there is always a chance something comes up in RL, or the author just says "meh" and abandons it without telling anyone.

He last visited the site on Oct 19, considering he's an ex-lurker, he provably got overwhelmed by the sudden interest. There is alway's darkevilme's roguelike instead which is open-source, it remains to be seen whether or not people will bother adding content to that too. I'm a negative person, mostly hoping someone will get offended enough to create content for darkevil's game to spite me, but if you're bothered by me being negative in saying the original poster won't be back, don't expect to win any points by pointing out I'm negative. I'm also cranky cause I haven't slept yet, and generally in a poor mood already. I'll just make this text a lighter color to make it less obvious.

To the author, just do whatever. I'm content with my waiting for 5-7 porn game projects already.

I agree, while I would love an update as well, I'm not real fond of people just popping in to say 'Update PLZ!!!' or something, at least make it respectful.

I've got lots of patience, so this isn't really hard to wait on, I mean, I keep tabs on, it, checking almost every time I see it on the 'recent posts' list, but I'm not gonna just pop in, ask for an update, and leave, I have things to keep me from getting bored...like other games? I mean, it's not like this is the only one.

also, here's a small idea: if you want a game that updates on YOUR schedule, make it yourself...otherwise, be patient, there are things that take time, and this is one o' 'em.

not trying to be rude, just sorta...caught my 'randomly annoyed' mood, or something and just sorta...annoyed me >.>...

Huh, it appears that the only level with anything other than wolves so far is level 2 xD

This little game of yours is amazing. I hate human x human (or humanoid) so to hear youre focusing on feral (which i love the most and don't see enough of) and anthro. Also I love rogues likes, it's a mother fucking match made in heaven.

What I would suggest are a few things which would be
-Add different dialog for where you die instead of "you have been fully digested"
-Add an option to disable healing while vored
-(and as everyone else said) A moddable/open source version

Although far from finished I can tell it will be good, you should keep up the work. I usually stay away from the video game part of the forums because I always assumed nothing good ever came out of it but you proved me wrong.

So, I'm not dead.

During the week or so I was really into this project, I had the terrible luck of coming down with the flu pretty bad, and didn't get any work done on it. From there on out, my workload got a lot bigger, so I had not even bothered trying to update for a bit.

Well, right now I am free, and decided I would update a few of things that were severely updating.

Version 1.2 is now out (link and updates on the first post). Will possibly do some more updates over the next few weeks while I am still on break. Ally AI and all sorts of abilities/ranged attacks are still on the table.

The game is written in java. .jar files are java executable files; as long as you have java installed on your computer, the game should run.

That is weird. I just updated java due to the security hole that has been around lately.
And every time I extract from the zip all I get is a folder with .class files.

edit: In comparison the old 1.1 version works fine

Updated the download link once more. The version that was up was working for me, but I had packaged it a little differently than last time. Hopefully should work now.

Also did a quick ninja-update.

Somehow a bug that will guarantee a crash managed to sneak through. Didn't notice it until now. What is up now should be *relatively* stable.

There is one remaining problem that can cause crashes, and that is due to how I have the rendering set up. I am going to have to (eventually) completely overhaul the rendering to prevent what is currently happening. But will push that off for now.

great game, works well, crashes infrequently, and entertaining to say the least.

only things i noted is that A. after about half way down the only things you find are the first few animals (IE small wolf small bear) and B. after awhile (3 floors or so) you learn that you can just steam roll your way through without caring much at all, if you get eaten rub your way out not really watching your health at all.
honestly a nice change from games that require you to grind like crazy to move on with the game.

Just started the game, and I have one gripe so far. The 5 key on the Num Pad should do the same thing as R, waiting a turn. Other than that, I like it.

EDIT 1: Another gripe/request: the ability to turn off various vore types. Related note, why can snakes AV/UB/CV?

EDIT 2: Bug. If you hit 100 lust on the same turn you escape, the masturbate option stays on screen, but does nothing.

I'm exceptionally happy to see this not dead. I'd all but given up hope on it.

I agree with Teruyo, 5 on the numpad totes needs to rest.
Not a whole lot else I have to say to constructively criticize it, as most of my ideas have already been said by others.

The game's got a good feel to it~ and it's pretty fun overall. Keep up the good work!
