Has that side game with Cecil gotten any farther? Last time I tried it it only had like one or two playable scenarios.

there's only the 2 stories, the first one having 4 enemies & the 2nd one having 2 enemies...
what I remember from talking to the person making them was that they were planing on making another one, but it was up in the air.
they were thinking about waiting till MGQ3 comes out to have it for MGQ3 instead of MGQ2, but it depends on when the game comes out.
possibly within the next 3 months, if not sooner if we're lucky...

as I had said previously before my comment was removed, the game is good and all, but I just wonder if there's going to be an english translation for it...
possibly Rogue Translator will do it since he's done all the MGQ games.

From the sound of it, it's very easy to translate and even modify so I'd be surprised if no one did it pretty quickly. I'd imagine Rogue would be up for it though he is quite busy at the moment and will be even busier with MGQ 3 which (hopefully) isn't too far off.

Here's what i've found out about the game with my limited japanese skill.

It's called Monmusu delicious breakfast and is a java browser novel containing 8 different scenes with vore. It seems most if not all the characters are from MGQ. It has simple sound effects for the scenes but no voicing.

There's also 3 guest scenes made by artists working on MGQ and Yace(rie-x.com).

It goes on sale sometime in the first third of April.

Also, it looks like most of the scenes are F/F. I guess 3 or 4 of the 11 scenes are with Luka, and the rest are with other monstergirls or human girls being eaten.

Also adding the mod scenes to MGQ is pretty simple. Go to the MGQ directory and into the mod folder, extract the mod from the .rar file here. Run the mon_add or something like that, been a while since I did it. A new window should pop up, then you just have to check off the name of the desired mods and push the button with 保存 on it I think. Then you should be able to enter the mod from the game.

ok, back to lurking.

you got most of it right so far...

from what i can tell, the scenes are:
-Spider girl & Kitsune
-Alma Elma & Luka
-what looks like Alice & Luka from the background
-Kraken & what looks like Cecil
-Lamia & possibly Luka
-Lamp Genie & Goblin Girl
-Mimic & Luka
-Sphinx & princess Sara
-possibly another Alma Elma scene
-Blob Girl & someone unknown (possibly Luka)
-Ghost Girl & Luka

hopefully there's more info on it later...

I want to buy it but I can't. The Japanese Dlsite only accepts Japanese credit cards. The only way we'll be able to get this is if it gets posted on the English Dlsite, just like Monster Girl Quest does.

oh! time to "find" and "acquire" the game now...
or i can wait for dargoth to translate & convert them to additional stories

DargothTranslations:
"The release date is April 1st, and I plan to translate it and turn the scenes into MGQ side-story scenarios. The original comes in java applets embedded in html, but the text layout isn’t exactly English-compatible. I don’t know how long the finished product will be, but I don’t estimate it being long enough to need more than a week to translate, if that."

so if he converts it to additional stories, i dont think it would be considered pirating then...

Yeah he said it'd probably take a week or so to convert them to MGQ side stories.

Read the thread. You need to pay for it and it's only just been released. Not only that but it's in Japanese until it gets translated, which it isn't yet.

I wasn't expecting this... I made a request to the owners of DLsite to put the game on the English version of their site and they did it.

Just bought this. There are 11 scenes, 4 with female prey and the rest male (one is a digestion only scene so I suppose you can imagine it is a female prey :p). It's a pretty cheap purchase so depending on your budget it is worth buying even if you only care about the F/F scenes, and definitely worth it if you like F/M too.
Hoping they make more.
