If you absolutely must choose from between them, the development team has improved as they've gone, so I'd say the most recent is the best to go with. That said, if at all possible, pick up as many as you are able, they really are fun little games, with good scenes. The fact that they bother with simultaneous English/Japanese releases is almost unheard of for the Doujin community. For that alone I'd recommend supporting them.

I look at it this way. It allows them to add more content or polish what they have. To be honest I am still a bit leery on this. The last one was okay, but their game over scenes have not really impressed me much lately; they have been very generic. Also if the demo is to be believed we've seen about a quarter of the enemies in the game. There were like 7 in the demo for about 28 spots. Hopefully we couldn't see all the available slots, but I'll be picking this up after I hear how much actual content this one has.
