RPGs game with Macro/Micro Theme

Well I was searching here some vore RPGs but most of it are same size theme vore, and I just asking.

how many RPGs games here have Macro/Micro theme?

That actually gives me an interesting idea. A sandbox styled game where you start as a micro and have to grow larger by devouring prey, almost katamari damacy style. Meanwhile, you have to avoid various hazards, including being eaten yourself. Eventually, you end up as a giantess and achieve different endings depending on what you chose to eat.

It wouldn't be terribly hard to do a simple version in RPG maker...I might actually give that a try sometime.

Well I am not sure about the gameplay, I just enjoy vore, enjoy size difference and enjoy sandbox open world games...so the choice for the ultimately best RPG for me is obvious!

A vore video game where you control a fish & eat smaller fish.
you grow more & more after eating a certain amount too...
there are even hazards & all the bigger fish will eat you if you arent careful.....
