I found this Touhou fangame: http://korcs.info/game/yamirumi/#section2
Basically its a Kirby clone with Rumia as the protagonist. You can inhale enemys and swallow them to copy their abilitys.
Controls
Arrow keys: movement, swallow, look up and down.
Z Inhale\Use ability
X jump Jump in the air to float. You generate a bubble of darkness around you while floating that you can shoot with Z.
C pauze

Cute little game, pretty solid.
Got up ta level 5-1, and sorta got stuck... a big room with no apparent exit. Flew through the whole area, but I probably missed a passage.
Lots of fairy eatin' and lots of mouthfuls, but sadly no bellies. Still a fun game though.

She's a character from the Touhou games she appears in Embodiment of Scarlet Devil as the boss of the first level.

She claims to eat humans but she is never show doing it. She sometimes does it in fanworks but about 99% of this is hardvore or just implied.

To be honest the whole Touhou thing is drenched in vore references, though they are rarely being illustrated and everything happens off-scene~
