Nope, because the creator removed all traces of it:

Oh, Little's rpg, Ididn't know the english title for it except for the main character's name. I never manage to get the rock, papper, scissors one to work :/

Doesn't work for me because I'm not about to switch to japanese to unpack it, game immediately stops working as such.

Could you repack the successfully working file in an english rar and put it up on a download site bartek? That's the only way it'll work for me.

I've said this before on other threads... But my computer refuses to cooperate with foreign language packs. If someone unpacks the game properly, then stuffs it into an english rar, it'll work on my computer.

The hell... Rapidgator won't let me download it. Perhaps mediafire would be better, or dropbox?
