Art Challenge #1

Introduction:
Hopefully this will be a recurring event whereas I post a vague thing that hopefully encourage you to draw something while being challenged.

Rules:
1. There's no quality measurement. If you want to post a doodle or a sketch, you are free to do so.
2. You have to make the art yourself after the challenge has begun. No art theft is allowed.

This weeks challenge:
A character of yours doing a hobby they enjoy.

Date: 12-30. April.

Sounds interesting. This may be the perfect opportunity for me to design a new area for Equestria. :3

this might also be an opportunity to give myself an avian character, I've always liked them yet don't have a dedicated avian character...Or I'm going to do another drawing of Sidey (which is ironically boring)...

Now I just got to make a character and then give him a hobby.

Nor the rugg always had a weakness for programming, AI and such, so building small robots imitating sapient beings was just the most perfect hobby for him. Olacoid robots were quite easy to make, human or rugg robots way more challenging. But even more challenging - convince his buddy that this more interesting than going out to hunt actual olacoids. And deal with all the "don't be such a nerd" blah blah.

Heh, I wonder if Olacoid robots are mostly programmed to: "Run away from teeth."

Okayyyy finaly managed to find an idea of drawing, I'll work on it tomorrow

I think we got some nice art for our first run.

Anyone got any suggestions, otherwise I`ll just pick something.

It's unfortunate I didn't have time to draw something, perhaps they should be monthly like the EPWG because art in any form takes time and effort to create. As for suggestions, it's up to you, but I would think something fun, yet challenging would be good.

A month would be a fantastic span of time for this, so I would have to agree. Besides, with commissions and other business artists have, the time would be helpful for everyone to draw brilliant stuff.
