I just finished it and thought the same thing. Very refreshing though, didn't expect to be this entertained by a f/m story. It's clearly not just the language you've got a firm grip on, but the art of storytelling as well.

It is. When I edit (after the Writer's Group gets done with it) I'll make sure I clarify that. My thought was that none of the story's readers will need clarification and we've all read the vore explanation umpteen times, might as well skip the whole thing.
I've already got a good way to work it in, though.

Very good story. Well written, excellent descriptions and characterisation. And I liked the twist.

The only thing that surprised me a little was Dan's immediate understanding of what a "maneater" meant. Is the existence of literal man-eating public knowledge in this world?

Short one-shot (could be two-shot) unbirth scene concerning one hungry witch who becomes distracted with an entirely different kind of hunger. Unbirthing of underage boy, non-con, but not cruel.
(For information on the terms 'familiar' and 'witch', see my other story, which is unfinished. They're vaguely defined her, though, so it's not strictly necessary.)

Awesome story. I so enjoy non-fatal stuff, especially unbirths (which is why I write so many of them myself), and a side-order of rescuing someone from an abusive situation (which I also write myself, some) just heightens the enjoyment. Nicely done.

Ah, and I think it should be noted that I jotted this down within the span of about an hour, while extremely, ahem, aroused myself - so if the writing's a little on the disjointed side, just say, and I'll actually go back and take the time to fix it up. ^.^

My third vore comic. I'm reasonably satisfied with how it turned out visually, but the characters personalities didn't turn out like I wanted (I'm just not a good writer!). The characters looks were inspired by Tom Cruise and Brittany Daniels, and I looked at photoes of them when I drew the close-ups. A few people have claimed that I used photomanipulation (C'mon, they don't look THAT real), but I just drew them from photoes. I never tried to hide the fact that it was Tom Cruise and Brittany Daniels I drew, as I always mentioned this, when I posted the comic.
