A technical size comparison of various species of naga. My handwriting is aweful, so left to right: Tailmouth Naga, Aquatic Naga (Shield tail), King Naga, Urban Naga (Domestic), Felaryan (hatchling), felaryan (egg), Felaryan (Adult), Mermaid, Human The Aquatic Naga was inspired by JazzLizard's designs. The King Naga was inspired by Snapesnogger's designs. Felaryan Nagas are obviously Karbo's design.

Wow, I am really liking these comparisons you are doing. They really give a better perspective on nagas.

Thanks, I figure that it's helpful to put things in perspective. It's one thing to say that the Tailmouth can comfortably swallow three grown humans and hold a fourth in it's throat, or to say that they're around 14 meters (or 37 ft).

It's even kind of misleading to show a naga coiled up next to a human for scale.

Also, Urban or Domestic nagas are kind of a misnomer, as they're the more intelligent types that an adventurer may find in a dungeon, rather than in a city.

King Nagas on the other hand, are the wilder jungle-dwellers, and are much more voracious, even likely to eat their smaller urban cousins.

Fun Fact: The largest real-world measured anaconda was 37.5 ft (11.45m). With 45-50ft sightings occasionally reported by credible biologists.

Fun Fact: Any live anaconda over 30ft(9.1m) is worth upwards of $50,000 to the wildlife Conservation Society... But finding a snake that size and catching one alive are two very different matters.

Wow, thats really cool, I'll keep those facts in mind... and looking at the differences of felaryan hatchling and the felaryan adult, they must grow at an unbelievable rate
I love these comparisons, its almost as essential as a map when visiting Felarya I guess

Well, I think it's more along the lines of normal but constant growth over an amazingly long lifespan.

Nothing dies of old age in Felarya, so a properly powerful species could take hundreds of years to reach that size.
