True. I take it will improve later through practice. I just did not feel a connection with the characters in this one. The dragoness, perhaps not human enough. Don, realistic response to a monster, but too cliche.

Think about it, vore stories in general are cliched: Boy meets girl, girls kisses boy, boy pisses off girl, girl eats boy, girl sleeps and digests. I'll probably hit back to the drawing boards -- something needs to be new around here. I already did the blog about vore, regarding real life scenarios and vore as if it was real. So, I can think of something.

Cool thanks for the suggestion. The hills weren't originally supposed to be shadowed, but I had one of those "well if it worked for this..." moments and did it, but thanks for the advice on that one. I've always had problems with lighting among some other major points so that's much appreciated. The eyes, oh man the eyes. Faces and hands are my two worst enemies. The eyes here were based off of when I knew how to draw an "anime" type eye YEARS ago. Needless to say that skill has since escaped my grasp, oh well time to start over. That advice is also greatly appreciated. Thanks for looking at my "work" and thanks for the advice.

I like the coloring. I'm guessing the background of sky is a fixed fill pattern that you have? Pretty nice work you've done. Let me give you two things to focus on for improvement:

The line of shadow that you used to trace the horizon line works if that part of the hill is falling away from the viewer but is still visible from that angle. What would help enhance that is to imagine the position of the sun (or whatever the source of light is) and cast the shadow on the far side of the hills.

The second thing is the eyes of the giantess. Ordinarily the black portion of the eye (the pupil) is in the center. If you want to make a reflective lighting effect, I suggest drawing the eye with the pupil and iris first, then drawing white over that wherever you think the light would reflect.

Keep it up, dude! I like the way you think, so I'm looking forward to seein' what more you draw. : 3

Thank you. Yes the inking is horrible. I should have just posted the sketch but I felt like I just needed to post more then a sketch, so I inked it with some cheap ass pen on a old desk. Not paying attention also can REALLY hurt too.

My favourite yet, for her expression. You haven't drawn her in an overtly predatorial way in this folder---is there a reason for this? To be honest I'll follow your work, hunt or no. It's absolutely fantastic.

Because the viewpoint is slightly below her eye-level it puts me in mind of a stalk. With your skill at perspective I bet you could pull off a pov of her stalking some unfortunate critter extremely well.

you definitely know your anatomy! I must say, the only flaw I can see in your style is the scaling. Have you had an instructor teach you gesturing? I say this with all due respect, it's just that it's a very vital part to understanding how to be sure things are all to scale respective to the whole figure. (please disregard any art I have posted on here XD It's old stuff... I've since increased my skills at least ten fold haha, just don't go counting my chickens, if you get my meaning)

Also, I LOVE your avatar... I'm sure I'm not going out on a limb to say that that is a digital painting? I'm assuming you did it, no? Do you have a bigger version of it? or the whole work, for that matter? I'd love to see it :)
