Hey, I noticed you've started up some Sonic-esque pics, and to be honest, the limbs look like the tentacles on those fish-eye enemies from Brawl. That bit of harshness aside, I think there's a way to overcome that problem: draw some Sonic-like Samuses. Not only would it be awesome, but her armor probably has enough bulk to help with the transition from realistic limbs to those twiggy Sonic ones. Of course, it's just a thought...
