Maybe I'm just too cooperative, but if I were neck deep in someone's cleavage, the only thing it would take for me to throw away my human rights is their word that they won't betray my trust or my expectations. And at that point both those are pretty implicit anyway if I haven't been forced/compelled to do so yet.
