I have no idea what inspired this one. It just popped into my head at work. I wrote it on my cell phone (this is why I only use QWERTY keyboard phones) and edited it when I got home.
Your classic story about the three hyenas and the lioness was a favourite of mine and important during my formative years XD It's nice to see some more writing about that interspecies dynamic. Just plain enjoyable stuff here!
Originally it was just going to be one lioness, but her trick of luring people in by looking vulnerable might end with her really getting in trouble. I thought "Now, if she had some backup..." and that led directly to a sort of species reversal of the original Three Hyenas.
This does continue on in the same vain as your other 'Just so...' stories, and as stated, all ends up well for all involved, so there is much to enjoy about it!

Keep going with your stories. And please, keep going with your system getting your stories influenced by luck.
In my opinion you're really doing great work with your efforts to write stories, which you can make public.

I liked how it turned out. Even if no one actually got eaten for real "on screen" ;) The risk was there though, certainly! Mmm.

It's somewhat like my "folk tale" vore stories, though quite a bit dirtier than most of them. 83
