A stop motion TV adaption of the Russian version of Wizard of Oz.
In episode 2 Elle is caight by an Ogre who intends to cook her and there is a musical moment where he is entailing his plans while the Iron Woodsman and co plan a way to rescue her.

A special on adaptions of the Oz books. The Russian version started as a translation and evolved into its own series. Apparently there is also a cartoon. But havent come across it yet. They are very hard to find as they are often renamed Wizard of Oz.

He captures her after 17:30, the song is after 19:40. Its great even if you do not understand russian. And it looks like a nice old children series, btw.
