Shinku suddenly jumps into the fight, grabbing the Wolf-Girl from behind.
The Naga is like "WTF is going on?"
The Wolf-Girl is catched by surprise, and screams angrily at the human girl.
The Naga takes advantage of this distraction to coil more of her tail around the Wolf-Girl, successfully trapping her arms with it.

Shinku just subverted the food chain by helping Serpis capture the Wolf Girl. Of course Serpis is confused.
Then again, I don't think either of them dislikes it. It's even likely that Serpis will ask Shinku to do it again, from now on.
