A double nose explosion!
I really like how her pose and expression show that even though she is in the shower trying to relax, that the ponderous weight in her gut is causing her some discomfort with how huge and heavy it is.

There are some really nice things going on here. I don't know what everyone else thinks, but something seems off about her face. In general, this is where you could use more practice and improvement.
