I can see where this will go wrong/right.
She tucks him into that snug cushion of her cleavage and says Wish Granted.
And being a genie who completed a wish, she contentedly sucks herself back into her lamp...with Daishiro still buried in her bosom.
And if you're inside the lamp with her, I'm pretty sure a djinn is no longer obligated to grant you any wishes
