Sexy and cute, there's a lot to love about this image. First being the cute pose, lying in bed together like that is just an awesome idea in the first place. Next are the bellies, which are bloated but also look comfortable and squishy.

I love the way Fae and the dog gal are in this image, it feels like we're looking in on a pair of long-time lovers or friends who are just really comfortable around each other. But probably lovers, given how Fae's holding her partner's hand here. I like that Fae is reading a book, it just feels right. I mean what else could we expect her to be doing, besides maybe watching TV or playing with a handheld console. I like the expressions on both their faces, sleepy canine and quiet but focused Fae who's focusing on her book while wrapping an arm around the cutie in bed with her.

The shine effects and shading are superb here, you really bring the grayscale format to loving life here. I also like how you subtly made the alarm clock numbers look like they are glowing. Nice artwork overall Lumesa, you did a great job with this commission.

Fae's head is the absolute highlight here. Absolutely stunning with those eyes and the small line as a mouth and that fluffy hair (has a lot of volume to it, yet still looks light). Very "lifelike"/"threedimensional". The perspective is just perfect.
Also hand-on-hand is a nice touch. The other dog seems to completely relaxed and very "safe". Nice face on her too, with the closed eyes, but the small half open (snoring/breathing) mouth is the best.
But those pills on the sideboard, sleeping pills, anti-indigestives or just things to help with bad feelings. We don't know. But, at least it is just 11pm, so still a lot of time for sleep to come.

I just wanted to sorta portray the softer side of a pred-pred relationship. You really don't see many of these after-images witht he digestion and all, mostly just the before-shots where they're feeding each other!
