Since it's so big, being cracked and crushed might make it easier to pass. That is, unless, you've had to deal with larger... movements, Servo. XD

Servo never had to push anything like this out, unless it's alive, something like, the mass of how small the intestines are I would imagine it would crush it.

I think it's meant to be some sort of thing to do with the lore... not sure though, like crushing the skull would keep Servo from turning or somethin'

I didn't know that was part of werewolf lore. neat.
I do think it's kind of a nice effect either way though, adds a lot of fun detail.

Well there's a lot of different variations there's the one where like a zombie the thing'll come back unless you crush it's skull.

I would imagine it be pleasurable, because you got the upper teeth rubbing against your intestines, and the shake of the skull is rounded.
