If you can't tell what's going on, Zone-tan was surprised by the tentacle creature that appeared in front of her and when it suddenly jumped at her she kicked it away, but the movement also caused her to trip backwards over a rock where the creature took the advantage. By the last bits of page two it is trying to drill into her ass through her underwear.

And before peeps say it yes I know it's out of character for Zone-tan, but while Zone-tan does love tentacles she may not always like who they belong to or perhaps isn't in the mood. More details will be said on the only page of the remake.
