A hungry biguana demonstrates that he knows how to take care of a mating pair of elves. When encountering a breeding couple, biguanas will use the pair's energetic humping to their advantage, swallowing them quickly while they mate.

I have a thing for pregnant prey, and it's canon that a biguanas eyes are bigger than its stomach... so yes, there's a chance. :)
