It's a happy ending for all concerned as Megan, the girl from Norbert 2, comes back and along with Kathy show Norbert a good time. Well, it's a happy ending for everyone that hasn't been digested anyway.
Karen, from Norbert 2, has been retroactively renamed Megan to avoid confusion with Norbert's other lover Kathy.

I think that you accidentally called Megan Kathy right near the beginning (the line about coming there a while back with her boyfriend).
