most likely the head, you can't seem to get smooth rounded heads like how people draw them

That's a great pic. I like it. The only suggestion I might throw out is having just white eyes makes it look odd. I personally feel feel well drawn eyes is important to a good pic. But that's just the way I feel about it.

yeah I don't know why the are like that, I have set them to be blue but something turned them white but I will correct this and she will have her blue eyes back
