Description: With a body made of a jelly-like substance, Jessie's race evolved from creatures much like Anemones. The various tentacles spread across hir body all have the ability to inject a neurotoxin through tiny barbs, paralyzing those who touch them.
Backstory: Originally a servant for a wealthy house, Jessie ended up with the ability to reform upon running into Sydney and being eaten. Ze now lives with Sydney away from the other cities.
