Looks like you've got her trapped and slightly off-guard. This should be easy!

Well shit. She knew what you were trying. First she's high above you and then SPLOOSH! Your face gets dunked in toilet water. Grooo~oooosssssssssssss!

She leaps off your head, saying, "Otters like water, right?" and books it right on out of there. You get your face out of the toilet and yell, "RACIST!" following her as fast as you can, following her down to the main level of the Student Union.
Unfortunately, there's a gathering of people there, probably waiting for some red tape to clear or whatever (you think that's where student workers get paid or something...?), and she zips right into the middle of them. Well damn.

Asking the crowd for help would be wise. Plus It would, if it does happen, benefit us if she gets physical with us. We can play the victim card and let the crowd knock her out for us, say she needs to go to the nurse or something, take her back inside and swallow her. Again a HUGE if but worth a shot.

Humbug can you display the number of cool points we have available? I think we earned 13 so far (3 from Leslie, 5 from Audrey,5 from Priscilla).

The total doesn't really matter. Cool Points are for individual characters.
That said, I do keep forgetting to put them on the character-select screen. I'll try to remember next time.
