The first "Alternate" version of Nightmare Egg. This one features a normal woman undergoing painful forced unbirth; no transformation/FMG or possession.
This version has an Xray view of the... ahem, primary action spot.

One thing I gotta say that I've noticed a LOT of artists, especially 3d artists, do, is that the bellies are way too small for what they're supposed to be containing - a lot of people seem to treat them like they have hollow bodies, like there's nothing else that would get in the way, which of course isn't the case. The belly should at least be the same size of the creature on top of what she is normally, not noticeably smaller.
Good animation, just something I've noticed a lot of that has become a bit of a pet peeve of mine.

Well we're limited by the belly morphs we have available, and they're generally "normal" size. If you try to increase the values too far beyond norm, strange things start to happen.
Also, I had the creature slide through the bars to demonstrate how squishy it is. Despite looking large, it's somewhat hollow and can compact itself.

I've pushed those morphs as far as they will go. Besides, it's time for stuff to come back out
