Technically we don't know who's in there, but it looks like rika's sister is officially getting digested. Hopefully for rika this means that the positions for digestees for this stretch of the narrative are taken up, but since she's still in position to get digested in midori's belly and Melinda seems focused on digesting her own prey, I'm not sure exactly how she'll get out of it, even if the flash forward comic suggested she will. Still I'm in no hurry to find out, I'd rather the next two comics be devoted to showing rika's sister inside Melinda's second stomach in glorious detail. She deserves a good send off (even if technically she'll still be around for a few months like Melinda's last second stomach prey)

Not sure if it's a translation error or a bit of confusion in continuity, but didn't Melinda say she wasn't going to digest her. But if I remember rightly, her second stomach is for digestion.
Unless, she's just going to put her next to the entrance to it but not put her full in there.
Then again, she did state previously she can use her tongue to just pull someone out of there, wasn't a issue for her to do that.
Oh well, still a very good comic regardless.

I just reread the comic. She told Rika she couldn't pull anyone out of her second stomach with her tongue. She Did however think to herself that she could just throw her up.
Using this information we could assume that with enough convincing, the sister could be released. Maybe becoming the catgirl's new girlfriend so the two really will be neighbors.

What I've noticed with this comic is that it's designed to be read as a finished product. Sometimes a sentence or a thought will extend across a few pages.
In the last page, Midori asked if Melinda was going to digest the girl in her first stomach. Melinda's first stomach isn't for digestion, so she says, "No, I have to turn her over... " "... place her in the proper position and push her into my second stomach!"
If you had all the pages available at once, the meaning would be clearer because you would just turn to the next page immediately. Since there's a significant time gap between one page and the next, though, people try to read them as individual pieces and get confused.
Hope that cleared things up for you (and anyone else who was having the same problem)!
