Summer had always brung about an intolerable heat to Gensokyo. Heatwaves strong enough to even melt the strongest of ice fairies. But this particular season seemed to be the worst, and none felt it the worst than the Lunarian princess who resided in the halls of Eientei. Laying on the floor, Houraisan Kaguya sweltered under the blistering humid weather, both inside and out.

The source of Kaguya's torment was none other than her eternal rival Fujiwara no Mokou. It had been a month since they clashed where Kaguya, who blamed the summer heat for this lapse in judgment, decided to squelch the annoying persistence of Mokou by banishing her to the guts of a princess. It seemed like a good idea at the time, not only would Mokou be temporarily disabled, but the resulting trip would surely be a mark of shame that the silver haired girl would never be able to live down for the rest of her life.

A loud painful gurgle from Kaguya's bloated midsection followed by a rolling acidic belch only reminded her that her scheme to one up Mokou was backfiring terribly. The effects of the Hourai Elixir that gave Mokou her immortality proved to be far more resilient to the process of digestion. Kept in a semi softened state due to gastric acids, Mokou was unable to be completely melted away, trapped in the Lunarian's stomach as it tirelessly tried to process its immortal meal.

“Unngh -URP- oh gods...” Kaguya gasped, barely able to vocalize her discomfort between burps, as she haphazardly reached for her paper fan in order to try alleviate some of the inferno of indigestion she was going through. Fanning what she could of her sweat covered belly, Kaguya squirmed as she felt another digestive cramp incoming, her stomach squeezing the prone form of Mokou as it once again tried to push her further down, rather unsuccessfully. All that her poor organ was able to do was make room by processing whatever digested nutrients it had managed to melt from the immortal, while expelling whatever gasses had built up in the form of embarrassing burps and belches that forced Kaguya to forgo whatever polite etiquette she had in favor of finding gastric relief.

For one long agonizing month it went on like this. And no amount of prune juices or extra strength laxative Eirin provided was able to get rid of the meaty lump of Mokou. Though Kaguya did beg for emergency surgery Eirin refused, instead saying that the princess should let this fiery tummyache teach her a lesson. How long that lesson was supposed to last Kaguya had no idea. She shuddered to think of having to spend a century with a belly full of Mokou giving her an upset stomach. Even worse to think about, was what the girl was doing to her body. Barely a month in and she had already put on several pounds, fat accumulating on her breasts, hips, and thighs. If this went on any longer she feared she would no longer be recognizable as the once beautiful, and slim, Princess of the Moon. Not to mention all the constant snickering Tewi and Reisen would do behind her engorged backside.

“Goddammit just-” another loud muggy belch escaped the princess's lips as a crumbling semi digested ribbon was ejected from her mouth, a lingering string of glistening saliva trailing from it. “-pass already! You're ruining my -BURP- unhn, my figure...”

All Kaguya received in response was an audibly loud and angry gurgle. Giving a small burp, the princess laid back and groaned as she put both hands on her bloated belly and rubbed the still form of her rival turned meal turned intestinal nightmare, hoping that once this was over with that Mokou would have the decency not to show her face around here again until she worked off all that cursed Fujiwara weight.
