"Hey Vangar, you know what day it is?" Brandon asked, strolling into the kitchen with a wide smile.
A little dragon, not even a foot long, poked his head up from the bowl of cereal he was sitting in and munching from. His slit-pupil eyes flicked between the human, the calendar, and his cereal. "...Friday?" he offered cautiously, tilting his grey-green head to one side.
Brandon shook his head, pouring a bowl for himself - with a spoon - and sat down near his friend, offering a finger to pet the dragon's head, graciously accepted. It was oddly relaxing, stroking a dragon. "Nope! Well, yes, but it's also my birthday!" As he talked, Brandon found himself amused by Vangar using his long tongue to pick up food and still get pet. "I guess I forgot to tell you, huh?"
Vangar nodded and climbed out of his breakfast, although not before quickly gulping down what he could reach. "Happy birthday, then. Any idea as to what you want to do?" The dragon spread his wings away from his body, purring softly as the human's fingers attended to his back as well as his head.
Brandon paused his breakfast and his petting while thinking. Eventually, he settled on a plan, and explained, "Well, I still haven't seen that movie I was watching when we, uh, re-met." The dragon under his hand glanced away, remembering the circumstances of their meeting. "I think it's playing today, actually, so if you can behave yourself-" a teasing tone crept into the human's voice as the little grey-green dragon wilted a bit further, "-I think I'd like to go see it, and talk with you about it if you don't mind."
After a brief pause, Vangar slipped out from under Brandon's hand and smiled at him. Quickly regaining his usual composure, the little reptile shot back, "behave myself? C'mon, we'd enjoy it more in an empty theater where nobody yells at us for riffing on the film. Still, a movie sounds like fun. Oh, wait here; I think I've got a makeshift present for you!" Leaping off the table, Vangar spread his wings and flapped quickly into the next room, leaving Brandon alone with his cereal. After finishing, he took both bowls away, and heard the clicking of tiny claws behind him. Setting the kitchenware down and turning, the human was greeted with the view of a palm-sized, dull green dragon holding a few paper bills in his mouth, which were soon dropped on the table. Vangar looked up at him with a wide grin, tail swishing steadily back and forth, and greeted Brandon, "a ticket, plenty of snacks, and a bit extra. Happy Birthday, Brandon!"
Surprised, the human reached forward and picked them up. A bit damp, but certainly valid. Pocketing the money, he smiled and lifted up the small dragon, placing him in his shirt pocket. "I thought dragons rarely parted with their hoard," Brandon remarked, patting Vangar's head with a finger, "do I really mean that much to you?"
Twisting his head around, Vangar nipped gently at the finger, swiping his tongue across the digit. "C'mon now, you should know the answer to that," he mock-chided. The two of them left, then made their way to the theater, smiling and hoping nobody looked too closely at the dragon-shaped "pen" in the man's pocket.
After getting in, getting snacks, and getting to their seat, Brandon offered a hand for Vangar to climb out on, gratefully accepted. In the darkened theater, he scratched at the hand-sized dragon's head, receiving some friendly licks in return. The theater showed some advertisements, and then the movie began, regaling the viewers with a fantastical tale of knights and princesses. As it went on, Brandon found himself glancing down at his companion more frequently; his simple headpats became letting the dragon mouth at his fingers, and as the movie's villain rebuffed the hero's attempt to smite him, the man in the theater realized he'd progressed to rubbing his hand along the inside of the dragon's warm, soft throat, appearing on the outside that anything past the wrist just vanished as it met the dragon's smiling jaws. He looked around, spotting no other humans watching him, then leaned in towards his friend. "Y'know, it would be nice to have a quiet place to relax in for a while," he whispered as he wiggled his hand around inside the dragon, "besides, the movie's more cliche than I remember it."
Vangar's eyes brightened, perhaps even literally, and the little dragon waved a paw at Brandon's free hand. The man drew his hand next to the dragon's mouth, and when Vangar nudged his head forward, the second hand began to vanish into the tiny maw, sliding easily against his other arm. The cozy tightness engulfing his wrist soon worked its way up his other hand and the little dragon gulped again and again; before long, Brandon was pulled face-to-face with the ravenous reptile, everything past his elbows claimed by his friend. For a moment, he was worried that another movie patron might see him slowly disappearing into this tiny predator, but he was easily calmed by a reassuring gaze from the dragon. Another swallow, and Brandon slid even closer to the yawning maw; it had started to seem much larger, and he could feel the warm, humid breath drift over his face.
The dragon's tongue slid out under his head, loosely wrapping around and around his upper body a few times - around his waist, around his chest, and very, very carefully around his neck. The thin appendage dampened Brandon's skin and clothes as it gently tugged him closer to the waiting jaws. The little jaws wrapped around his face as he was pulled inside his new warm, squishy surroundings; Brandon closed one eye, then the other as the soft flesh of the dragon's throat enveloped his head, squeezing his arms ahead of him by his ears, far deeper than the little dragon's scaly neck would suggest. With a smile unseen in the dark, unrelenting gullet, which still smelled slightly of his earlier cereal, the man leaned forward, helping to stuff himself into his friend's maw and stifling a laugh as the dragon's tongue unwound from him, tickling as it went. His chest, then waist easily follow; the sound of the movie is slowly replaced by the squishing sounds of Vangar's gullet squeezing and pushing around him.
When the little predator reached Brandon's legs, the human felt himself being turned over, but kept his legs curled to avoid kicking the seat in front of him. He rubbed his outstretched arms against the inside of the warm throat, and was soon rewarded with a low rumbling noise around him; Vangar had started purring with his snack's legs in his jaws. The wet embrace of the dragon's maw soon claimed Brandon's feet, and with a satisfied sigh - and a few licks of his muzzle - Vangar closed his mouth, a slim green dragon in an otherwise empty movie seat, purring contentedly. Shortly after, Brandon slipped into a large, empty stomach, sliding to the drool-coated bottom on his front, and quickly turned about, getting comfortable. The stomach walls shifted slowly, rubbing the soft, squishy flesh against his soaked body. He let out a big yawn before speaking up, "thanks, Vangar. You're a great friend once ya get past your diet, you know that?"
"No problem. And Brandon?"
"Yeah?"
"Happy Birthday."

"...so, should I head back to the theater to spit you out, or just go bring the car back my own way?"
"Vangar, why do you do these things?"
