Just because you're an inch tall doesn't mean that you should be a savage. You take a look around the room. There's not that much available to you since you're tiny and on the bed. There's plenty of fabric around, but nothing to help you cut it with. You have a pocket knife on your desk, but that's a loooong ways away.

Even if you could get there, you doubt you'd be able to use it. You're probably better off trying to find a piece of trash that you can tear. Then you notice that there's a box of kleenex on the dresser by the side of the bed. It's pretty close to the pillow, you might be able to get to that, at least.
