Commission updates and other things

Greetings!

it has been high time for me to update both prices and info for my commissons, but stay calm, there wont be much of a price increase except on comics, becuase the time they take XD

Rest still stays the same ^^

Then when it comes to rules and such, i have apparently not been clear enough as many, many,man,maaaany times its been missunderstood - so hopefully this update will fix things!

also commissions in progress, their prices wont change ofcourse.
