How long do you think it takes food to make it from one end to the other? Atleast a slow digestive tract is good news for your prey, better to spend as long as possible inside your warm innards before being flushed down the cold toilet.
Seven days or more??? By the time it piles up in your tush are you eager to finally squeeze it out of your body or after so much time with it do you feel attached and want to hold on to it?

My digestive tract is managing the best it can, but sometimes (more often than not) it has major indigestion due to its own slowness.

Probably 7 days or more (I tend to have a slow digestion rate when it comes to food!)
