Wha...? Why? Why you do this?

What is it with Eka's and Word documents? Every time it looks perfect in the document, I upload and random spaces and merged paragraphs appear?!

RAAAGGGHHH!!!

Edit: Can anyone actually help with this, or have any suggestions? I have tried both Word doc's and Text files and it gives me the same spacing errors that look fine in the document but not in the uploaded version. :/
