Thumbnail / File Re-Upload Issues?

Fellas, has anyone else been having issues with re-uploading either submissions or thumbnails?

Happened to me twice already. Seems no matter how many times I go through the standard resubmit procedure, doesn't seem to want to change. Weird... :?

got an error, on it says tells leshana and it still uploaded,

I had a few before, when I was trying to change a couple thumbnails for things already uploaded-and again when I tried to reupload some stuff. But I haven't experienced it since, and that was a few weeks ago.
