Wanna make a public writing prompt

Last year LucifersChef made a write-a-thon thread with a common setting that other writers could use a jumping off point to make their own stories. viewtopic.php?f=18&t=54223
I've got an inkling that I wanna do something similar with a different starting idea, but I'm not sure if I have the same level of clout to be able to do so. In any case I will be writing a new story to go along with the idea, and who knows, maybe some others will get in on it too?
