It's crazy that a whole year can just go by like that sometimes. And with a year, comes a buncha art. Funny how I only made 2 blogposts last year, one of which was saying goodbye to 2022.

My workload and output certainly decreased this year. 1 pic every 3 weeks or so, give or take. But I also think compared to my works from 2022, I'm still making slow but steady and observable progress. Higher quality work vs. lots of average to low quality works. That said, I could definitely be faster/more streamlined, something I very much want to work on this year. Speaking of this year, it ended kinda ended poorly for me, capped off with an uncalled for Twitter suspension, but I view 2023 with more positive looks than negative ones. As usual I don't really use the blogposts on Eka's but, well this stinks. I dunno if it's just me but I got hit with a permanent suspension outta the blue on Twitter. I'm hopeful this isn't gonna last since I'd heard other artists, and indeed other users've just randomly gotten this as well, some of them being reversed after some time, but I also don't really expect it to happen for myself. Making it worse is not only have I been constantly appealing the decision, but the responce I get back in my email NEVER says what rules I broke. Just that I did, somehow. Convenient to say, and inconvenient for me.

I don't typically write many blogs but with the advent of a new year, I figure it can't hurt to make a new one.

I feel like my workload for 2022 was a decent workload, but not much more than just decent. Think I made about 22 or 23 pictures overall, which I don't think is too bad for the scope of them usually since it means about 1-2 per month. But I also don't think I did as well as I could've with what I wanted to focus on, which was namely backgrounds and a little bit on outfit/character design. Barring maybe one or two, no really 'big hits' either, or none that I'd've considered a big hit relative to some other artists I know. Still, it was nice to introduce two new OCs into my group, namely Alice the tomboy maid and Synthia the rubber slimegirl. It's not easy thinking up...

I decided to finally join Twitter since I've started to take a bit more interest in non-vore ideas. I'm not gonna stop drawing same-size content of course, but I felt Eka's wouldn't be right for most of the other types of things I like. Hell I might still post those images here from time to time, but odds are my Twitter's gonna be more for non-vore. Short but sweet, is there any picture in my gallery, recent or, preferably older, that people would be interested in seeing be remade? I won't claim I'm significantly better these days but some ideas I don't mind revisiting or redoing to hopefully be better than the first attempt

Guess I ought to make a new blog post for the new year, huh? Looking back I uploaded about 18 images (not counting edits or images that're hardly changed), but made nearly 40 images during the entire year and just didn't upload a lot of them. And I kinda want to touch on that with this post.

For those that've been seeing my latest uploads, a lot of them are non-vore related. Truth of the matter is, same-size is a lot more work for me than just doing some spur of the moment, and most importantly, quick bondage/latex/BDSM ideas. It's a lot more 'anatomy destroying', as I like to joke with other artists I talk to, as well as making me second guess myself much more often in the planning stages. And I'm aware what people on Eka's prefer to see, so I've always hesitated uploading...

Alright so, I admit it. I took a teeny tiny bit more time off from consistently uploading, that it turned into 5 months from 3. But, to be honest I also didn't just sit on my rear end during those months either. I did draw, since after a week in or so I couldn't resist the urge to draw; not drawing AT ALL opened up a huge pocket of free time that I didn't really know how to fill. So I just started drawing whatever came to mind.

But that being said, I had a lot more fun drawing whatever I wanted that wasn't just more same size pic after same size pic. Encasement, stuff for friends, fun little one-off personal pictures, that sort of thing. Unsurprisingly it's more fun drawing for friends than just the masses but, either way those last 3-5 months really let me experiment, try new...

Probably should've written this back in March-April when it was more accurately 2 years of drawing, but better late than never.

It's been 2 years since I started drawing, and I'm painfully aware I still got tons to learn. Backgrounds, more dynamic poses/angles, figuring out soft shading a bit more, etc. That said, it's been a real fun 2 years with all its ups and downs, with art and in real life. With that said though, I have a bit of a plan to announce (for all five of you that read this); I'm gonna take a break.

Now by break I mostly mean an opportunity to relax. I already draw what I like, but I admit occasionally what some people'd prefer sometimes affects a few details. And while this isn't unique to me, I have that feeling of NEEDING to draw each day and...

Been awhile since a last blogpost huh.

Anyway I've been debating trying to post n' branch out onto other sites for awhile now, even got a PM or two about that actually. For now I only really post to Eka's even though I have a personal pixiv account and someone put some of my stuff onto R34, and much as Twitter is a hilarious cesspool of Reddit talking points, it IS a pretty big artist-posting site (been consider Parler though where I can say what I like even more often).

That said, in the meantime while I debate whether or not to post anywhere else, I've been practicing with various non-vore images, mainly drawing the OCs of friends of mine, both for practice and fun little amusements. Considering Eka's is for sexy forms of cannibalism I figured nobody really...

So, on my profile page I've made it clear I'm not really in market to take commissions. BUT, out of all the people that follow me n' comment, I'm curious as the title implies. If I were to ever open commissions, how many people would be interested? I look at the views to faves ratio on my images, and they seem weirdly disproportionate in a way.

So, like I said, I'm curious. I wanna see if it's because people like my style but NOT the substance/subject of what I draw, or it's just my curiosity getting the best of me.
