Crisis Moves and Speaks!

Postby servomoore » Sun Oct 21, 2007 1:02 am

This is a video Shawn the Touched has made which is a short bit of a two minute video he's making for Karbo and I.

The background is a placeholder (Stolen from a Karbo drawing), and there isn't a person in her hand because he's a seperate layer (So that he could move around and shake on her hand)

This is what I always envisioned her sounding like.

Nice, glad you found an animator~!
Honestly, I think using Karbo's BGs is a -good- idea, as long as no background movement is required. It helps keep the feel of the world Karbo's created, if you ask me^_^

That's pretty hilarious. First time I've heard an non-corporate character speak. Well done, too. *Thumbs-up.*

Whoa that's awesome <3

I always imagine other voices with characters somehow o.O But yeah XD I hardly ever watch anything animated with english voices.

The voice suits her quite well though ^^ Great find on it.

Where did you get the voice?
I mean, is it just one of those voice programs that repeats what you type, or did he find a live person to do her voice?
If it's the latter, I dont need names or anything, just curious if it's a human or a program behind Crisis' voice.

Also, will there ever be vore animations of Crisis, down the line? ;)

I recognize that art style and animation! He's the same guy who does the animation for the webcomic series Drowtales. Interesting to know that he knows of Crisis.

The Voice Actress goes by the pseudonym "Rina-Chan." She was in the flash animations METAL GEAR AWESOME, IGNORANCE IS BLISS, she was in a couple of those XOMBIE cartoons, DROWTALES, and she was the announcer for SUPER FLASH SMASH, plus a bunch of fan dubs.

Yes, Crisis will be doing "her thing" before long("Long" being two years: these take a very long time to make.)

The project seperate from this one is just getting started: I've had a couple of animators apply for the job, and Rina-Chan has returned for the voice of Crisis.
Man, I hope she's willing to do every episode.

I must say, this has had a fairly troubled production history. Shawn apparently had a bad period in the middle of making this project, so it was delayed for like five months, but he's getting back to work on it and I like the other stuff so far.

Sweet. :)
So, then, Rina-Chan seems to have no problem with Crisis' diet, and the pleasure she gets out of it.
I just hope, at some point, one of the vore scenes has POV angles. ;)
