Actually, the nose connects with the throat which leads to either the stomach or the lungs. [Pardon the disgustingness of thiss] That's why you snort up snot you can swallow it instead of choke on it.

Yeah. The reason that it's assumed that the nose leads to the lungs is that the lungs have the ability to produce suction, whereas the throat/stomach do not, so anything 'drawn in' through the nose goes to the lungs because that's the only place that's drawing anything in.
As for myself... heh. I s'pose it could be done in an appealing way. The only examples I've seen though were too intentionally produced in a parodical fashion to be especially attractive. :3

Little side note. The nose also leads to the brain.

I like it, the mini-game on Wario Ware in which the girl sucks you up her nose is great, but it isin't one of my more commonly used types of vore. The main reason, I suppose, is the fact that I have sinus problems myself. The act of pulling someone into your nose would likely, in my mind at least, increase the flow of mucus into the throat. I've had way too much trouble with that >_<.

Whenever I see a large, sleeping dragon with smoke rising from its nostrils, I have an inexplicable curiousity at finding out where the smoke is actually coming from. Of course, the only way to discover this, is to crawl one's way inside and follow where it might lead.
Of course, dragons tend to wake up when you try this, so I haven't yet been successful. Fortunately for my character, the dragons then tend to blow out any obstructions and not suck them in, so I also haven't quite discovered if the end of the line is vorish, either.
